Capitals

Bloodmoon Keep, Suncrown Keep and Veilharbor – the capitals of the three factions and the heroes' home, where every merchant, master and travel point is in one place.

The three capitals of Nareth are the heroes' home: this is where they trade, upgrade their gear, found guilds, swear oaths and set out into the wilds. Each of the three factions has its own capital; your character begins in the one that belongs to your chosen faction.

The three capitals

CityFactionDescription
Bloodmoon KeepOrder of the Blood MoonThe scarlet fortress city of the Order of the Blood Moon, where the warriors of the Red Moon begin.
Suncrown KeepSuncrown AllianceThe golden keep of the Suncrown Alliance, where the sun never sets above the domes.
VeilharborAzure Veil LeagueThe harbor city of the Azure Veil League, where mages and seafarers study the Veil.

There are no monsters in the cities: they are safe places to rest.

Starting point and returning home

  • You choose your realm when you create your character and wake in its starting vale (Scarlet Vale, Golden Vale or Azure Vale); your capital stands next to it. More about the factions: Factions.
  • The "home" teleport takes you to your faction's capital: Bloodmoon Keep for the Order of the Blood Moon, Suncrown Keep for the Suncrown Alliance, Veilharbor for the Azure Veil League.
  • If you logged out inside a dungeon, the Ashwell or an event instance, you'll find yourself in your capital the next time you log in.
